Ideas for hiding some wood under the refrigerator. It's copper with a grill looking design and stainless trim on the floor.

Once the water tank issues are solved, Derald will reattach the twin bed frames in and attach the trim around the base of them.  The drawer fronts are still on the to do list of sanding, staining and waxing.  I think he has nearly completed all of the wood stripping.  Yeah!

Exciting news!!!

We are excited to ANNOUNCE we have delivered our old cushions to the upholstery shop to have the order put in place and ready to rock and roll!  It took us several months to make a firm decision on the design of the front twin beds.  In the end we decided we couldn't beat the airstream original design, and kept the twins in tact!  Derald has been working feverishly on the trailer from morning until night.  It is amazing to see the transformation of the unit.  He has hand sanded (as smooth as a babies bottom) all the woodwork.  Stained it and waxed it.  It is just beautiful.  In the photos below you can see how he covered a board to separate the drawers from the storage area with grey indoor outdoor carpet.  It won't been seen, but this is the attention to detail he is in!

Old stove and oven out. This new space will be for a new gas stove top and below a microwave. I decided I probably wouldn't use an oven much when camping. It will be a good excuse NOT to bake a pie!

Cork tile floor is in. Thank you Feb. 70 degree days!!!

Derald inspecting the work.

Now understand, I had the camera.  This does not mean I wasn't down on my hands and knees installing the tile too!  I WAS!!!

Tile in!!! YEAH.

Refrigerator issues.

We really want to keep this refrigerator.  But, it needs some serious tender loving care.

We will have to try our hand at repairing the interior fiberglass damage.
